Summary
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for general accounting duties including account reconciliation, research and resolution of inquiries and vendor account maintenance. Must be task oriented and organized with a great attention to detail.
What you will do
- Audit and entry of invoices and bills into QuickBooks.
- Telecommunications bill review, dispute, and payment.
- Organizing and maintaining vendor files.
- Provide support to Finance team.
- Assist with internal and external inquiries and provide information as requested.
- Other assignments as directed
The experience you bring
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills ,with a comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Pivot tables and Macros.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Telecommunications experience a plus
- Exceptional written and oral communication.
- Team player with solid organizational skills.
- 3 years relevant experience
- Associates Degree in Accounting a plus.
